Adding student name

Can you please add the student name on every page. For example, on the sign in page, the student’s name isn’t printed on it. It is rare that I only have one file or one meeting in a day and oftentimes am carrying 4 or more files around. If I drop them, it could be a hot mess unless the student’s name is printed on each one.

  Hi Jill,

  Thanks for reaching out. Every IEP form prints with the student's name, DOB, IEP Date, and resident district listed in the footer. The student name, DOB, and meeting date will also appear at the top of each new form. On multi-page documents, the name field will appear at the top of the first page.
