Can you add the option to amend a 504 plan as you can an IEP?  When the team wants to change a plan mid year a whole new plan has to be developed.

  Hi Cindy,

  Thank you for reaching out to us with your request! We currently have a task submitted to our developers to add an amendment option in the Embrace504® program, similar to the option in EmbraceIEP®. While we don't have an estimated timeframe of completion at this time, we will notify users on the home screen once this update is live in the Embrace® system!

  Until the amendment option is available in Embrace504®, we would recommend utilizing the duplication feature to copy over the existing plan details into a new 504 conference and then edit the plan as needed. If you have any questions about the duplication process, please reach out to Support and they can assist you as needed!
