Custom Report Options
AnsweredI would love to be able to make custom reports and select it to show students that are active only, or inactive only. Right now it pulls everyone, and it is so hard to navigate through. I am also seeing students that I can't even find when searching for them, even with turning building permissions off and on.
They are just not anywhere to be found. It is hard to correct data for all of our students, when I can't even find them. My most recent custom report pulled 17,528 records for students from our 28 school districts that all have some sort of missing data from their record that I need to find and fill in. The option to be able to only see active students, or inactive students would be a MAJOR help in my day to day work life.

Thank you for reaching out! By default, most reports are set up to include only active students. Additionally, many Embrace® reports are customizable and can be filtered to ensure only the applicable students are being included in the results.
