add 'trimester' option

A 'trimester' option for consult minutes and direct/indirect frequency of minutes needs to be added...our district is on a trimester schedule, not quarterly.

  Thank you for the suggestion! We are working to add "Trimester" to the frequency list and will let you know as soon as it is complete!

  The Educational Services and Placement form has been updated to include "Trimester" as a frequency option for classes and related services. This will divide the amount of entered minutes by 12 weeks to determine weekly minutes, percentages, etc. The Trimester frequency option will be available on all newly created forms.
