Hello,

 

If a staff member has view only rights, can they download a PDF of the 504 plan in order to upload it in a student database.

  Hi Stephanie,

  Yes, if a user has "Read Only" access in the system, they can view a PDF version of the forms within a student's meeting. They can download a copy of the PDF to their desktop which they can then upload into the student database.
