Conference Summary Report

I was wondering if it would be possible for the Conference Summary Report page to automatically update when a change is made to the Student Info.

Good afternoon Elizabeth,
In order to protect historical data, the Conference Summary Report required users to manually Refresh Student Info when a change has been made to the Student Information Page.
When a new form is created, the form will automatically import the data from the Student Information Page. Saved forms will not update with any new information from the Student Information Page unless the user manually chooses to Refresh Student Info. This step helps to protect historical IEPs from being updated automatically when someone opens an archived meeting.
