Indicator 11
It would be very helpful for Student Info to:
A) Indicate the number of school days between Initial Evaluation Consent and Initial Eligibility Determination Completed.
B) Have a dropdown of the state reporting options for initial evaluations that took more than 60 school days to complete.
C) Populate that information on the FACTS form. (And, lower priority, be available in Custom Reporting).
This is a required piece of state reporting that is not currently captured anywhere in Embrace (to the best of my knowledge).

Hi Jim,
Thank you for reaching out to us to share this suggestion!
We are happy to research this request and understand the need to create the requested reports for state reporting! At Embrace®, it is important to us to assist districts in being able to complete required state reports through efficient reporting methods.
In the meantime, one possible suggestion to determine evaluation timelines that exceeded the 60-day requirement would be to generate a custom report with the Initial Evaluation Consent date and Initial Eligibility Determination Completed date fields. Then, after exporting the report, you may wish to use Excel to calculate the number of days between the two. However, please note, this would not take the district-specific calendar into account.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to us directly at Success@EmbraceEducation.com. Thank you!
