Search all of a student's docs.

Hi there.  We use EmbraceIEP.  There are many years-worth of documents-most as locked PDFs.  I'm a school psych doing a reeval report for a kiddo.  The kid's IEP case manager thinks that she saw "autism" listed somewhere in the Embrace docs, but can't remember where.  I searched each of the previous reevals reports and couldn't find it.  It would be great if I could simultaneously search all of this kid's documents for the given text string.  It would especially be awesome if the scanned uploads were "OCRed" for searching, but just searching all the PDFs and webforms simultaneously would be enough.

  At this time, Embrace® does not currently support OCR'd (Optical Character Recognition) files, but this is a feature that our team can further look into for future system updates.
  
  It should be noted, however, that there is a search function that allows users to search through uploaded files to locate specific file names. For example, if a student had a file uploaded entitled, “JDoe-Autism Eligibility Information,” and the user searched, “Autism”, that file would then appear. Alternatively, the user may also utilize the CTRL+F (or Command+F for Macs) to search through uploaded file names.
  
  For confidentiality purposes, this search must be done within each individual student record, rather than system wide.
