Batch Entry for Contact Logs

I think it would be incredibly helpful if it were possible to create batch entries and document similar entries of contact logs for multiple students. For example, when sending out progress reports it could look similar to the format of:
Person Contacted: parents
Contact Type: email
Reason for Contact: quarterly progress report
Action/Intervention: Sent home copy of student's Term 1 progress report
This would only be in cases where similar information is being communicated to parents at the same time such as sending classroom-specific newsletters, sending homework to groups of students (such as every student in a special class or multiple students working on the same goals), calling/emailing multiple parents at once to schedule IEP meetings, or (as mentioned in the above example and probably the most time-saving feature) recording that contact logs were sent home for ALL students on the case manager's caseload.
Since this happens so frequently throughout the year, and it is all the same basic information, this would be an immense time-saver. Is there any way we can add this as a feature? Thanks so much!

At this time, there is not a way that will allow users to batch-enter Contact Log entries. We appreciate the thought into this suggestion and will present it to our team for further consideration.
