504 necessary documents

Is it possible to add the ABLE and 504 procedural safeguards to the 504 forms?  This way, it can be easily added to the dates or printed to send out to parents.  There is a new law that is requiring 504 families to be given the ABLE information and we found that it would be easier to have that in EMBRACE.  Thank you!

  Hi, Jennifer, 

  At this time, the ABLE and 504 Procedural Safeguards are not fillable forms, which means there is not a need for them to be added as editable forms within your Embrace® form set. 

  Many districts choose to upload these documents to their district's library of District Documents, which allows them to be readily accessible to print with each student's paperwork. 

  Alternatively, many districts choose to set these documents up as form attachments. Form attachments will print directly with a specific form, each time that form is printed. This option eliminates the need for users to manually print these as separate documents, and allows them to print directly with the student's paperwork by default.
