To access Embrace®, visit www.embraceeducation.com and click "Log In" in the top right corner.
Users may also login at www.outreachtime.com.

Enter Your Log In Credentials
Enter your school email address.
For initial logins, a passphrase will be provided by your Embrace® trainer or a district administrator.
For returning logins, enter the password you created during the initial training.
Click [Log In].
Initial Login Steps
For initial logins, the system will prompt you to reset your one-time use passphrase.
New passwords must be at least 8 characters and must include at least:
- one lowercase letter
- one uppercase letter
- one number
- one special character
Once your password is resent, you will be prompted to create a secret question. Secret questions are utilized in the event of a forgotten password. Enter any question and answer that is applicable to you.
Returning Users
Returning users will log in and will be directed to the welcome screen, displaying system and district announcements.
